CHOREOGRAPHY & instruction

Along with his ability to captivate audiences on stage, AJ possesses the knowledge, experience, and creative edge to choreograph visually compelling and inspiring work.  A natural-born leader and artist, he thrives when fostering the growth of others.

His teaching career began in high school at the mere age of fifteen—serving as the head gymnastics coach for the Pickaway County YMCA’s competitive teams. Ever since, AJ’s role as a cheerleading, dance, and show choir choreographer has flourished, working alongside dozens of high schools and All-Star programs across the nation. For many, AJ has delivered numerous OASSA State Champion routines as well as top-placing routines at UCA National High School Championships.

In NYC, AJ currently collaborates with top choreographers and teachers in the industry. Lately, he has been changing the landscape of queer nightlife entertainment as the Choreographer for Divatronic: a production company which creates over-the-top shows starring RuPaul Drag Race All-Stars S5 Winner Alaska 5000. He is the go-to choreographer for many drag artists in NYC and his music video for “Gay Hands Up” was nominated for a Queerty Award. AJ’s passion for life extends beyond movement, creativity, and excellence with his unwavering dedication to the personal growth of everyone he meets.
